2010 just around the corner , Jason Lepley Motorsport has made some changes in
the design of the web site , now grading the "cars for sale" into three
different internet showrooms...demonstrating that there is something for everyone,
regardless of what their budget is. With many years of experience of selling cars
Nationally and Internationally , we are able to offer collection & delivery
anywhere in the world. We understand there is a demand for cars of all price ranges

With
the increased number of customers looking towards the "Historic rally"
scene, Jason shall be seen out competing on various historic rallies in 2010 in
various cars ,competing alongside customers new and old. Look forward to progress
update on this page throughout the year.

Historic Rally 2010
First
round of the Northern Historic rally Championship, based in Thirsk with stages
in the North Yorkshire forests , Weather forecast for snow was right which made
things very interesting for the spectators with rallycars spinning & sliding
around . At lunch holt Jason and co-driver Howard Pridmore were leading the Historic
rally, another two good stages after lunch saw them extend their lead even further,
then the cam belt tensioner bearing failed which caused Jason/Howard to retire
from the rally on the spot.

Retro Historic Show 2010
2010
International Historic Motorsport show based at Stoneleigh. Was a success as expected
with visitors from all over Europe . Jason was asked to attend/demonstrate his
Vaux Chevette HSR on the rally stage along with other Andrews Heat for Hire sponsored
cars to help celebrate 30 years of the famous partnership between Russell Brookes
and Andrews Heat for Hire . Jason was co-driven by Calum Grant on the day.

Historic Rally 2010
First
round of the British Historic Rally Championship. Jason teamed up with an old
co-driver from the past for this event "Simon Sparey" Based in Wales
this rally used the traditional twisty Welsh forests, Unfortunately the rally
didnt go to plan for Jason and Simon, both were glad to get to the finish line
at the end of a long day and look forward to fight another day !

Rally 2010
Jason's
local National Forest rally , part of the BTRDA championship , this was the 51st
Dukeries Rally which over the years has attracked some of the great names of British
rallying , the likes of Tony Pond , Roger clark , and many more inc the current
world rally driver Jari Matti Latvala . With in the rally there was a Historic
rally car class which Jason and his co-driver Simon Sparey won convincingly with
no major problems to report all day, Support came from Fuchs Silkolene , the Brannan's
and rally team manager George .

Festival of Speed 2010
For
the second year on the trot , Jason received an invitation from Lord March to
attended this years Festival of Speed to drive on the rally stage , the car selected
was the Famous Andrews Heat For Hire Sierra RS Cosworth which was originally driven
by former British rally Champion Russell Brookes . Although Jason did most of
the weekends driving in the car ,Russell also had a few runs in the car for sheer
nostalgia . The car ran in its original livery and mechanical specification and
was trouble free all weekend , Russell reminisced on the years he competed with
this car which included two Lombard RAC rallies and several British championship
rounds. in 1988 and 1989 . Jason was impressed with the cars' handling but said
the turbo lag takes some getting used to. Once again thanks to the mechanics for
keeping the car clean all weekend ,George , Richard and James also thanks to Calum
for sharing the co driving duties.
